Introduction

This is Aunt Sharon's dip with a few twists based on what we had on hand tonight. This is Aunt Sharon's dip with a few twists based on what we had on hand tonight.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Bison
    I can Fat Free Refried Beans
    9 oz jar of salsa (we used Gilroy Garlic Festical Spicy Garlic Salsa -- no sodium & no fat)
    2.12 oz chopped ripe olives
    4 oz Ortega Fire Roasted Diced Green Chiles
    Garlic powder
    Onion powder
    Minced Onion
    Hot Sauce
    Chilli powder
    Dried Cilantro
    Shredded cheese

Directions

Brown meat in a large cast iron skillet & drain if necessary. Add in spices, chiles & olives. Mix well. Pour salsa over mixture. Spread beans over mixture. Top with just enough shredded cheese to cover (or more to your liking). Place in oven at 400 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes or until heated through & cheese is bubbly.
