Ingredients

3 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
2 small bananas, sliced
1 angel food cake (store bought)
1 - 12 oz. container of Cool Whip Free
1 small pkg sugar free strawberry-banana jello
Directions
Add 1 cup of boiling water to sugar free jello, stir to dissolve and then add 1 cup of cold water (as instructed on the package). Set aside.
Slice angel food cake in approx 1/2" slices. Layer 1/2 of angel food cake slices in the bottom of a baking dish.
Using a large spoon or ladle, spoon 1/2 of jello mixture over the layer of angel food cake.
Layer 1/2 of cool whip over top of cake, spreading evenly with a knife to cover layer.
Place 1/2 of sliced strawberries and sliced bananas on top of cool whip layer.
Using remaining angel food cake slices, add another layer on top of strawberries/bananas.
Spoon remaining jello mixture over layer of angel food cake.
Using remaining cool whip, spread a layer over top of angel food cake.
Place remaining sliced strawberries and bananas on top of cool whip.
Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate over night.
