Introduction

i used splenda and non fat evaporated milk and egg beaters i used splenda and non fat evaporated milk and egg beaters
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 of a 29oz. can of pumpkin
    3/4 tbs or so of pumpkin pie spice
    1 12oz. can of fat free evaporated milk
    3/4 cup splenda... or just under
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    and one 9" pie crust

Directions

mix ingredients and poor into pie shell. bake at 425 for 15 mins and another 50 or so till you can slide a knife in and it pulls out clean.... i used a glass pie pan and it took a little longer than expected...
