Ingredients

    1 pork roast - about 2 lbs
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup orange marmalade
    1 tbs ketchup
    garlic cloves

Directions

Mix soy sauce, marmalade and ketchup. Crush or shred garlic cloves (I used 3) and add to sauce. Place roast in crockpot on low - pour sauce over top and let cook for 8 to 10 hours.

    A real winner! Is so easy to make. A nice subsitution is no sugar added "All Fruit" instead of the standard marmalade. Good! Good! Good! Either way. - 6/19/09

    Incredible!
    This was SO YUMMY! Everyone (Me, hubby and 3 kids) Loved it!. There were no leftovers. We ate it on buns with homemade coleslaw. - 3/30/12
