A hearty Moroccan flavored stew served over spiced couscous. A hearty Moroccan flavored stew served over spiced couscous.
Number of Servings: 6


    Beans, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    *Spinach, cooked, 2 cup (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 5 serving (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Saffron, 1 tsp (remove)
    Couscous, 1 cup, dry, yields (remove)


Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. When hot, saute carrot and onion until onion is translucent.
Add beans, lentils, spinach and spices. Saute to coat the veggies with the spices.
Add broth and simmer until lentils are tender
Serve over cooked couscous
