Introduction

This is an alternative to having just plain turkey burgers. The Peppers add flavor and kick. Can make in conventional oven burgers are also wonderful on the grill!!! Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey Meat ( raw)
    2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese ( canuse any chesse you ilke)
    1 Large Egg. raw
    1 Cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
    1/2 cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
    1/2 cup Chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 Tsp Garlic Power
    1 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Grounded Black Pepper
    5 sprays Cooking Spray

Directions

Makes 6 (4oz) burgers

Prep
Pre-heat over at 350 degrees.
Use a plastic storage bag and place ritz crackers in the bag and crush. Repeat as needed to make 1 cup.
Shred 2 cups of cheese or may use pre shredded packaged cheese.
Chop half of a red, green and yellow into bite sized pieces.
In a Large bowl combine ground turkey, bell pepper, 1cup shredded cheese,(Save other cup of cheese for garnishing later) crushed crackers garlic powder,salt, and black pepper and egg.

Using hands mash ingrediants together. Grap hand full roll into 4oz ball. Mold balls into patties.

Use 13x9 glass baking dish and evenly coat baking dish with cooking spray. Place patties in dish bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.

When patties have brown cover all patties with rest of shredded cheese place back in over to melt for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then eat and serve should make 6 patties.
