Ingredients

    Chicken Broth, 1 1/2 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1 1/2cup
    flour, 3/4 cup
    poultry seasoning, 1/2 tsp
    onion flakes, 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder, 1/4 tsp
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Boil chicken broth, 1/2 cup of milk, and seasonings.

Whisk together remaining milk and flour. Add to boiling mixture. Whisk continuously until thickened. Remove from heat to cool. Freeze for future uses.

Makes the equivalant of 2 cans. Use in any recipe as directed. To make soup, 1 part condensed soup to 1 part milk or water.

    Since I found this recipe, I've stopped buying the canned version of condesned soup. This is delicious and it easily takes the place of the canned stuff. - 12/27/11
