Introduction

This is similar to a quiche, but it has no crust. This is similar to a quiche, but it has no crust.

Ingredients

    eggs
    Canadian bacon
    cottage cheese
    cheddar cheese
    onions
    green peppers
    mushrooms

Directions

Chop the vegetables and the bacon. Whisk the eggs with the cheeses and add the veggies and bacon. Pour all into a greased 8 inch glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
