Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar mix
Directions
Mix all ingredients except butter and sugar cinnamon mix in large bowl.
Preheat oven to 325.
Knead dough for 3 minutes, cover and let stand.
Put butter in 9 x 12 baking pan and put in hot oven until butter melts.
Pull dough into pan with melted butter, then flip so butter is on both sides of the dough.
Let rise another 10 minutes
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over dough.
Cut into strips or squares for breadsticks or rolls.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cut again while still hot.
