Ingredients

    8 oz Ground Turkey
1 tsp roasted garlic (I use the kind in a jar)
    1 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning
1 cup Red Sweet Pepper, cut in half and sliced in strips
    1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 cup Red Onion, sliced in 1/4" strips
1/4 cup low sodium teriyaki sauce
    1 cup Bean sprouts

Directions

Brown ground turkey in non-stick pan sprayed with Pam. Add 1 tsp Montreal Steak Seasoning, and 1 tsp roasted garlic. When turkey is fully cooked, drain and set aside.

In the same pan, stir fry the vegetables. Add a little water and cover them to steam (eliminates using oil). When vegetables are softer but still crisp, add 1/4 cup (4 tsp) low sodium teriyaki sauce and toss. Add ground turkey back into pan. Stir and toss all together for a couple of minutes.

Serve stir fry on bean sprouts. Makes 2 servings.
