Introduction

Ingredients

    2 pork chops
    3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
    1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbs. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a large ziplock bag. Add porkchops and marinade one to five hours.

In large skillet over medium high heat, heat olive oil. Add pork chops and marinade. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes a side, or until cooked through. Remove chops and set aside. Boil liquid in bottom of the pan until reduced by half. Pour over porkchops.

Makes 2 pork chops.
