I created this recipe to use Chicken Dark Meat Fritter [nuggets] from Angel Food Ministries. Best if you weigh the meat. I prepare more rice than needed earlier in the week. Ingredients

2 cups of precooked whole grain brown rice
8 oz Angel Food Chicken Dark Meat Fritters [frozen]
9 oz pkg of Green Giant Teriyaki Veggies, Broccoli, Carrots & Cauliflower
2 TBSP Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade/Sauce
1 can [8 oz] Sliced Bamboo Shoots, drained
Directions
Prepare rice if you do not have left overs.
Pre-heat a large skillet. Spray with oil spray.
Add frozen Angel Food Ck Fritters to pan. Lightly Spray the fritters with more oil spray. Stir until browned.
Heat the Teriyaki veggies in microwave per directions on box. Add the rice to pan. Stir as needed. May use lid on pan. Add the warm veggies, the drained Bamboo Shoots, and the Teriyaki Marinade/Sauce to taste. Stir well, until warmed through.
Recipe serves 2. Easy to double.
