    Coho Salmon, 16 oz
    Soy Sauce, 4 T.
    Brown Sugar, 4 tsp
    Honey, 1/2 T.


Mix Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, and honey together. Brush on fish and let sit 10-15 minutes. Preheat oven in that time to 425, cook until flaky and not pink inside... about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
makes 4 servings. Serve over rice with a small side salad.

    I would use the low sodium soy sauce. This way my sodium intake won't be that high. - 2/12/09

    This ones a keeper. I omitted the brown sugar (just because) but added a few spoonfuls of lemon juice and it was just perfect! - 3/3/09
