Ingredients

    soy protein- 1 scoop
    strawberries-1 cup sliced
    banana- 1 cup sliced
    nonfat milk- .5 cup
    syrup- 3tbsp

Directions

Throw the protein, fruits, and milk all in the blender with a half a cup of ice. Blend till its as thick or thin as u want it. Open the blender and add the syrup then blend for about ten more seconds. Take it out poor it in a cup an enjoy.
