Introduction

Love this on a cool night or on a hectic day when I don't have much time to cook. It's filling on it's own or you can have a nice salad or a whole grain dinner roll with it. Ingredients

    1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 package Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    1 can Del Monte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 serv McCormick Mild Chili Seasoning Mix

Directions

Heat olive oil in stock pot and add turkey. Cook until no longer pink, then add remaining ingredients. (includes water from beans). Stir until thoroughly combined. Cover and cook for 20 minutes to let flavors mingle, or an hour if you have time. Enjoy!

Makes 4 Servings

I find this is so much better the next day. I hope you like it as much as my family does!

You can subsitute lean ground beef or ground chicken for the turkey. You can also use chili mix to taste or substitute with the hot version
