    Very Good
I love stuffed mushrooms so I was thrilled to find this recipe. I made two substitutions only. I added 1/2 chicken breast and used stove top stuffing mix rather than seasoned breadcrumbs because it was what I had on hand. It was very tasty. - 2/21/11

I substituted Ritz Crackers for the bread crumbs and low fat cream cheese for the country crock and they came out really good. I will definitely make these again!! - 2/9/11

Made these for a Halloween/B-day party and they were a huge hit! I used Smart Balance (Omega-3) Butter instead. Love it! - 10/18/09
