I substituted Ritz Crackers for the bread crumbs and low fat cream cheese for the country crock and they came out really good. I will definitely make these again!!
They were great! I made them today!! Love 'em! I, too, used the lower-fat choice for the butter!
Me and my husband love this, but I am on a very strict low fat diet, so I left out the country crock, and used reduced fat cheese, and it's still tastes GREAT!
