1.5 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Add onion, separating into individual rings, and squash. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Saute until tender over medium to medium-low heat.
