Ingredients

    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup cauliflower
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 tbsp butter
    5 cups chicken broth
    1 (12 oz) can of beer
    16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 tsp mustard powder

Directions

saute veggies in butter until onions are translucent. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add beer and cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste
