Ingredients

    *Sweetpotato, Green Giant Candied Sweet Potatoes, 1 serving (remove)
    *Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *Egg white, 2 serving (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)
    *Skim Milk, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

peel and boil sweet potatoes, while they are boiling, in another bowl, mix flour, egg whites, splenda ,brown sugar splenda, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl with a blender until smooth, it is going to be poored on top of the sweet potatoes as a crust. Mash sweet potatoes put into casserole dish, pour mixture on top, bake in oven until crust is formed.
