My mom's recipe made healthier. My mom's recipe made healthier.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Pink Salmon
    1 Lg. Egg
    8 Saltine Crackers (crushed)
    1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Directions

Mix salmon, egg, crackers, and seasoning in a medium bowl. Form into 6 patties. Spray pan with Canola spray and cook patties over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes turning several times. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.

    I made this dish last night and my husband said this will be the only way we have them again. Really love these. I added chopped onion but forgot to put in the Lemon Pepper seasoning. Will add the seasoning next time. Thanks for sharing this recipe. - 5/2/12
