Coconut Oil, .5 cup
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2.5 cup, dry, yields
Vanilla bean, 1 chopped fine
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
North Coast Naturals - Whole Food Meal Replacement, 65 gram(s)
Dark Chocolate chips, 2 tbsp
Sunfood Nutrition Organic Cacao Nibs (raw chocolate), 28 gram(s)
unsweetened coconut, shredded, 125 gram(s)
Almonds, ground 0.5 cups
Directions
Mix figs, coconut oil, honey, and water in pot and simmer for a few minutes, until a paste (may need to put through food processor). Mix in bowl with other ingredients. Add water if dry. Press into 9" x 9" pan and chill in refrigerator x 2 hours. Cut into slices and serve.
