Number of Servings: 2


    5 cups tomatos
    3 cloves garlic
    1/3 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup milk, lowfat
    fresh basil, about 1/4 cup, minced fine


Cook tomatoes down till thick, about 2-3 hours. Add garlic, onion, basil, milk, salt and cook again another 30 minutes. Puree and add a little more milk if needed.
