Ingredients

    220 grams canned salmon
    11 0z boiled and mased potato
    2 tbsp chopped raw onion
    2 tbsp chopped raw green peppers
    1 oz bread crumbs, plain
    1 tbsp canola oil

Directions

combine salmon, boiled potato, onion and peppers. Shape into cakes. Roll cakes in crumbs to coat. Fry in canola til crisp. Makes 4 salmon cakes.
