Introduction

This is a recipe I use when I don't have much time, and it satisfies our craving for sweets without the guilt. This is a recipe I use when I don't have much time, and it satisfies our craving for sweets without the guilt.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 medium bananas
    2 cups 1% milk
    16 Vanilla wafers
    1 pack of fat-free Vanilla instant pudding
    20 grams of Reddi-Whip

Directions

Slice bananas into thin slices. Layer a one quart bowl with Vanilla wafers, followed by bananas. Pour two cups of milk into a plastic container. Add instant pudding. Cover carefully and shake vigorously. Pour over the wafers and bananas. Cover the bowl and set it in the refrigerator until chilled. Put into individual serving dishes and top with Reddi-whip. Makes 6 portion control servings.
