Introduction

Low Fat, Low Calorie, Low Sugar, and High Fiber ricepe. Low Fat, Low Calorie, Low Sugar, and High Fiber ricepe.

Ingredients

    4 Ripe Medium Bananas
    1 Egg
    3/4c Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/2c Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    .5 tsp. Salt
    1 tsp. Baking soda
    1/2c Crushed Shreddies Whole Wheat Cereal (1c cereal makes 1/2c crushed)
    1/2c Regular Rolled Oats
    1c Whole Wheat Flour
    .5 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

Mash bananas (if frozen - thaw first and drain), add egg, applesauce, sweetener. Mix well.

Then add cereal, spices, oats, baking soda and then flour. Mix well.

Divide into muffin pan and cook at 350 for 30 minutes.

    Incredible!
    A little moist at first, but leave them out in the air to crisp up. Incredibly good and simple to make. Sorry, I forgot to click on the stars for the rating before I saved my comments! - 9/18/09
