    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large
    Iceberg Lettuce 1/2 cup, shredded
    Spinach, 1/2 cup shredded
    Cucumber 2 oz. slices
    Red Onions, raw, 2oz sliced thin
    Ham 2oz (or 1/4 cup) diced
    Cheddar Cheese,shredded 2 oz
    1 ripe tomato
    Broccoli, fresh,2oz chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 oz chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 2 oz
    Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing. 2 Tbsp

1. Boil Egg.
