Ingredients

    one can of 98% fat free cream of celery soup
    one medium sweet onion, chopped
    two cups celery, chopped
    two boullion cubes, chicken
    six canfuls of water
    half a cup of rose wine (I used Zin)
    1 tsp dill
    1 tsp onion powder
    1.5 cups dry brown rice
    1 pound bag of frozen shrimp, tail on, medium

Directions

mix water, soup, wine, rice, boullion cubes, dill, and onion powder in crockpot. Cook all day on low while you are at work.

Thaw shrimp while you are at work.

If possible, two hours before serving put in chopped onion and celery.

one hour before serving, turn up to high. Pop tails off shrimp, add to pot.

Serve with some side bread and a big salad.
