    2 cups all purpose flour
    0.5 cup unsalted butter
    4 tsp baking powder
    0.5 tsp salt
    1 cup milk
    1 cup cheddar cheese


cut butter into flour/salt/baking powder mixture using a pastry cutter. Add shredded cheese and mix in. Add milk and use wooden spoon to form a ball. Roll dough out into rounds and bake at 450F for 12-14 min.
