Ingredients

    One serving of scallops (1/4 of bag)
    1/6 of bag of Rice stick noodles
    20 fresh green beans
    Hot sauce
    1/4 of jar of Sweet & Sour sauce

Directions

While rice stick noodles are cooking, add scallops (defrosted) and green beans to stir fry pan. Add hot sauce (to taste).

After about 7 mins, add noodles to stir fry, add sweet & sour sauce and then let simmer for 1-2 mins.

Serve!
