Ingredients

    -3 boneless chicken brest, sliced to 1/2 thickness
    -6 slices ham
    -6 slices Swiss Cheese
    -3/4 c. plain low fat yogurt
    -2 cup corn flakes, crushed

Directions

1. Preheat Oven to 350
2. Slice chiken to 1/2 thickeness
3. place 1 slice of ham & 1 slice of cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll and secure with toothpick.
4. Coast each piece of chicken with yogurt and then roll in crushed cornflakes
5. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until done.
