Ingredients

1st Layer/Crust
Flour, white, 1 cup
Margarine or Butter 1/2 C
Walnuts 1/2 cup, chopped
Mix & press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 10-15 min. Let cool
Second Layer:
1C Cool Whip
1 CPowdered Sugar
Cream Cheese, 8 oz
Beat until fluffy. Put on top of crust.
Third Layer:
2 pkg instant pudding mix (any flavor)
3C Cold Milk
Mix all & spread over cream cheese layer
Fourth Layer:
Spread remaining cool whip on top & sprinke with a few walnuts & refrigerate.
