Introduction

A quick dish that can be done in one large fry pan or pot. A quick dish that can be done in one large fry pan or pot.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, diced
    1 med onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp olive oil
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste approx. 1/4 tsp each
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 pkg frozen veggies of choice
    11/2cups Minute Rice, prepared

Directions

Heat oil in pan/pot. Cook onions until just soft, add chicken and keep cooking until white. Add garlic, worceshire sauce, salt and pepper and continue to cook until chicken is lightly brown. Add tomatoes, sauce and frozen veggies. Continue heating until veggies are cooked. While veggies are cooking, cook rice according to directions. Serve sauce on rice. Makes 4 servings. For a variation, you can use noodles instead of rice.
