    Chicken Pieces-1kg

    Coconut Oil -1/4 cup

    Onion - 4 (chopped) medium

    Ginger Paste-1Tbsp

    Garlic Paste -1Tbsp

    Cinnamon-1 small

    Cloves- 2

    Black Pepper -4Tbsp (coarsely ground)

    Salt - as required

    Green Chilly-6nos(slitted)

    Curry leaves -plenty of


Directions

Take a pan. Heat the oil and add the chopped onions and fry till light brown.Then add the ginger -garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.Add cinnamon and cloves and then add green chillies , curry leaves and salt, saute for one min .Then add the chicken pieces and mix well ..Then close the pan with a lid and cook the chicken pieces ..When done then open the pan and add the crushed pepper powder and mix well, and fry in the oil for another few minutes…Check the spices, adjust according to your taste. So now your pepper chicken fry is ready to serve ….

Serves :4

P.S : You can add cooked chicken pieces also, so as to reduce the cooking time! And if the heat is less for your palate, add more black pepper powder!
