This is a wonderful, refreshing, and powerful morning drink. I only got five hours of sleep last night and when I woke up this morning and made this, I had a burst of energy that has lasted throughout the day! 1 tsp molasses
1 cup of flax seeds
1 slice raw beet (for color)
2 tsp ginger root
