Introduction

Just something I threw together at the last minute. Just something I threw together at the last minute.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Mushrooms, fresh, 100 grams (1 cup whole)
    Spinach, fresh, 85
    Shrimp, raw, 4 oz
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

Directions

Add olive oil to pan.
Saute garlic about 1 min.
Add mushrooms - cook till brown.
Add shrimp - cook till colored.
Add spinach - cook till wilted.
Add pepper for taste.

Option: Add 1/2 squeezed lemon juice
