Stir Fry with no oil or grease! Stir Fry with no oil or grease!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Turkey kielbasa or turkey sausage
    1 bag frozen veggies
    1 sm can pineapple chunks
    onion - peeled and cut in chunks*
    green pepper - in chunks*
    spices to taste

    * can use frozen onion and pepper blend

Directions

Spray pan with cooking spray. Add meat and raw vegetables. Cover and cook 5-7 minutes until veggies are nearly cooked but still firm. Avoid peeking so that the steaming works. Add bag of veggies, pineapple, and spices. Recover and cook7-8 more minutes. Stir if needed, but avoid just peeking or the steaming will not cook the veggies.

Eat as is or on a bed of cooked brown rice. Even my non-healthy eating hubby loves this!
