Ingredients

Spice Cake Mix
(Prepared as directed using:)
3 eggs
1.25 water
.33 canola oil
16oz Neufchatel Cheese (2 pkgs) - Softened
.25 sugar
4 tsp fat-free milk
.5 tsp vanilla extract
21oz Canned Apple Pie Filling & Topping
.5 tsp Cinnamon
(Optional - top each slice with Cool Whip Free. This is NOT included in the nutritional numbers!)
Directions
Mix and Bake Spice Cake as directed using 2 9" pans (I use fluted flan pans). Cool 10 minutes then remove from pans and cool completely.
Mix together softened Neufchatel cheese, Sugar, Milk, and Vanilla until smooth. Spread on top of cake (if using Flan pan - spread in 'well' of cake)
Divide Apple Pie Filling in half - topping each cake evenly. Sprinkle Cinnamon on top.
Slice each cake into 12-14 pieces. Top, if desired, with Cool Whip when ready to serve!
Refrigerate left overs.
Makes 24-28 servings.
