Ingredients

    3 lbs sweet potatoes peeled and cubed around 6 meduim
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 cup brown sugar blend
    1/8 cup mrs butterworth sugar free syrup
    1/3 cup apple juice or apple cider
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

preheat oven to 400 degree's

spray a baking casserole with butter flavored cooking spray

peel and dice sweet potatoes place in large bowl

combine rest of ingredients together and mix well pour over potatoes and toss to coat

transfer to prepared baking dish and bake 30 minutes check for doneness if fork does not come out easily continue cooking an additional 5-10 minutes
