1 Unbaked Pie Shell
1.5 cups Raisins
3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar (subsitute w/half-cup Splenda Blend for Baking)
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Pinch of Salt
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Butter, Melted
1.5 cups Walnuts, Chopped
Directions
Spread the raisins in the unbaked pie shell.
Mix together all the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the raisins.
Place the pie pan on a baking sheet.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool.
