Introduction

This is my Grandma's recipe This is my Grandma's recipe
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 Cups Chopped Onion
    1 Medium Banana Pepper Halved (remove seeds)
    1 Tsp Caraway Seeds
    1 Tsp Whole Black Pepper
    1 1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 TBSP Paprika
    1 Beef Bone
    1 LB Beef Shank cut into cubes
    2 Cups Red Wine
    2 Idaho Potatos cut into cubes
    Home Made Csipetke


Directions

Rub salt into the steak and cut into cubes
Set meat to the side

Saute Onions in 1/4 cup of Red Wine.
Add Paprika
Add Banana Pepper
Add Beef Bone
Add Rest of Red Wine and 4 cups of water
Cook on High bringing mixture to a boil

Add cubed potatoes and beef
Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 Hour
Add Csipetke
