Ingredients

1 can hearts of Palm, cut into chunks
1 seedless cucumber sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 avocado, diced
juice of 2 lemons
sea salt
Directions
Cut everything up, combine and drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle sea salt.
