Introduction
This is a salad that makes a meal. Great in the summer when strawberries are in season. Also easy to take for lunch. Can substitute raspberries for the strawberries and walnuts for the almonds. Ingredients

2 oz. grilled or baked chicken breast shredded
1 cup ripped romaine lettuce or the baby lettuce mix
4 medium strawberries sliced
1/8 cup almond slivers
2 TBS red onion chopped
1/2 oz soynuts
1-2 TBS Brianna's Wine Vinaigrette
Directions
This makes one serving of about 1 cup of lettuce with the great toppings. Great take to work lunch.
Grill the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side or bake it in the oven 350 degrees for around 20 min. Once slightly cooled shred with two forks.
Toss on top of your shredded lettuce. Toss in the fruit, onion and nuts. Drizzle the dressing on top and toss and serve.
