This is a Paula Deen Recipe that I love...however the way that it is originally fixed is not so healthy. There should be a healthier way to fix this by adding low fat/fat free ingredients.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the outer wrappers form the boxes of broccoli. Open 1 end of each box. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes, until thawed. Drain the broccoli and put into a casserole dish. Add the shredded chicken.
In a medium bowl, combine the soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar, lemon juice, curry powder,salt and pepper,to taste, and wine. whisk together to make a sauce. Pour Sauce over the broccoli and chicken. Mix with spatula.
Place mixture into an 11 by 7 inch casserole dish. Pat down evenly and smooth with a spatula. Combine the Parmesan, bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and brown on the top.
This should make about 12 (1-1 1/2 cup) servings. This is good as a meal by itself or with a salad. Enjoy!
