Introduction

I used a rotisserie chicken and used the meat for this recipe. It should yield about 4 cups of chicken. I also used “No Salt Added” for the mixed vegetables if you use the canned version. Ingredients

    1 Rotisseire Chicken
    2 Cans of No Salt Added Vegetables
    OR
    0.5 package of Frozen Vegetables
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 Can of Water
    Celery Salt or Seed
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in pot and bring to boil.
Let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes

makes 6 servings (roughly 1 cup per serving, maybe a little more)
