Introduction

Basic egg salad for a sandwich. Add veggies if you wish. Basic egg salad for a sandwich. Add veggies if you wish.

Ingredients

    Six hard boiled eggs
    4 tablespoons mayo
    3 teaspoons mustard

Directions

Boil and cool six eggs, then remove shells. Remove yolks and reserve three. Roughly chop whites and set aside. Place three yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly. Add mayo and mustard, mix well. Toss in cooked whites and mix well.

Add veggies if you like, just make sure they are minced well.

Serves four.
