Ingredients

    2 cups Rolled Oats
    1 cup 2% Milk
    1 cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt
    1 green apple, chopped
    1 Banana, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. almond slivers
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Orange Juice (or ½ Tbsp. Lemon Juice)


Directions

Mix all ingredients and let it sit for at least 1 hour before serving.
