Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 7 oz can of chipotle chiles
    1/3 tbs of olive oil
    2 cups of chopped onion
    3 cups of bell pepper
    5 cloves of garlic minced
    7 oz of chorizo sausage diced
    1 1/2 tbs chili powder
    1 tbs ground cumin
    1 1/2 teas dried oregeno
    lime juice (1 lime)
    3 15 oz cans of black beans drained
    3 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes not drained
    dash of salt

Directions

Remove 2 chiles from can, finely chop
Coat large Dutch Oven with olive oil, heat to med.
Add chiles, onions, bell peppers, garlic, and chorizo.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Simmer on low til hot.
