Ingredients

    1 box Betty Crocker Super Moist Lemon Cake Mix
    1 Egg plus 2 Egg whites
    12 oz Sierra Mist Free
    12 oz container Cool Whip Free, thawed
    Juice of 1lemon
    Yellow food coloring

Directions

Use mixer at low speed to mix together cake mix, soda and eggs; increase speed to medium for 3 mins. Scrape sides of bowl.

Bake in prepared 9 X 13 pan 29-35 mins.
Cool completely.

Combine lemon juice, cool whip and food coloring.
Spread over cooled cake; add sprinkles or decorations.
Serve with fresh or thawed from frozen berries. (add calories for berries).
Refrigerate to store.
Makes 12 servings.
