Ingredients

    1kg mixed frozen vegetables
    500g meat (I use kangaroo, either minced or diced)
    1 cup rice (I use brown rice)
    2 tins (410g) Kidney beans (or beans of your choice)
    2 tins (410g) crushed or diced tomatoes

Directions

Put all ingredients in the crockpot and cook until you want to serve it. May need to add some water.
Makes about 8 serves.
